国际化人才培养模式的高校德语教学改革探讨

Discussion on the Reform of German Teaching International Talents Training Model

随着全球化发展的不断推进,我国与德国的经济文化交流也不断加深,德语专业人才紧缺。许多高校都开设了德语专业,使得德语专业毕业生增加,但高层次的德语专业应用型人才仍处于比较缺乏的状态。本篇论文主要从教材、学生、教师以及课堂形式四个角度出发,浅谈当今改革实践中存在的问题、问题成因,并提出一些有效的应对策略。

With the continuous development of globalization,the economic and cultural exchanges betweenChina and Germany are deepening,while the German language professionals are in short supply.Though manycolleges and universities have set up the German Major,which have increased the number of graduates majored inGerman,the high-level applied talents majored in German are still in shortage.This paper mainly discusses theproblems in the current reform,analyzes the causes and puts forward some effective coping strategies from fourperspectives,namely teaching materials,students,teachers and classroom forms.
