导师制与项目制融合协同育人模式的探索 被引量:8

摘要 导师制是提高本科生学业水平、实践能力和科研能力的重要教学改革措施。目前许多高校都进行了试点,然而导师制在实施的过程中暴露出诸多问题。在深入剖析问题原因的基础上,本文提出了导师制与项目制紧密融合、协同育人的大学生培养模式,实践表明,导师制与项目制融合协同育人模式有助于进一步加强本科教学工作,提升教学质量。 Tutorial system is an important teaching reform measure to improve undergraduates' academic level,practical ability and scientific research ability.At present,many colleges and universities have carried out pilot projects.However,the tutorial system in the implementation of the process exposed many problems.On the basis of in-depthanalysis of the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward a close integration of the tutorial system and the projectsystem,collaborative education of college students' training model,practice shows.The combination of tutorial system andproject system is helpful to further strengthen undergraduate teaching and improve teaching quality.
