摘要
现代学徒制是在继承传统学徒制的基础上形成的一种校企双主体育人、学校教师和企业师傅双导师教学的现代职业教育人才培养模式。该模式下,学生(学徒)拥有双重身份,实现了"招生即招工,入企即入校",学习与工作相结合、学历证书与职业资格证书相融合。本文主要分析和总结了现代学徒制的理论基础:隐性知识理论、新职业主义理论、大学知识生产范式转变理论及建构主义理论。
Modern apprenticeship which inherits the traditional apprenticeship system is based on the formation ofaschool-enterprise double advocate educators,school teachers and business master tutor teaching.It is one kind of modernvocational education personnel training mode.Under this mode,the apprentice has dual identities of employees andvocational college students.It achievesa combination of the "enrollment and recruits,learning and work,academiccertificates and vocational qualifications.This paper mainly analyzes and summarizes the theoretical basis of modernapprenticeship:tacit knowledge theory,neo-occupationism theory,university knowledge production paradigm shifttheory and constructivism theory.
