摘要 五星教学法关于教学设计有五大教学理念,包括"聚焦解决问题"、"激活原有知识"、"展示论证新知"、"尝试应用练习"和"融会贯通掌握"。五星教学法的思想和逻辑,不仅可以指导教设计,对于培训设计也有很强的指导意义。在培训设计中也可以充分以五大准则为指引,设计培训项目,提升培训效果。 First principles of instruction has five principles,including problem-centered,activation,demonstration,application and integration.The thinking and logic within the first principles of instruction not only can guide people todesign teaching,but also can help design training project.When people design training can take first principles ofinstruction as guide,which can help increase the effect of training.
