摘要
介绍了水力分级旋流器在我国的引进发展历程,阐述了其在粗精煤泥回收工艺中的作用。通过对水力分级旋流器各产品指标分析,得出由于颗粒等沉比的存在,必然导致同粒级物料轻、重产品错配,俗称"反分选"作用,进而导致粗精煤泥产品易于超灰。提出采用气动击打振动翻转弧形筛替代水力分级旋流器,方可解决该工艺中粗精煤泥灰高的问题。
The author reviewed the introduction and development process of hydraulic classification cyclone in China,and expounded its function in the recovery process of coarse clean coal slime. Through product specifications analysis of the hydro-cyclone,the author found that due to the particles equal settling ratio,the reverse separation effect can not be avoided,which leads to mismatch of light and heavy products of the same particle size,and results in over-high ash in coarse coal slime products. According to the analysis,the author proposed that,the high ash problem can be solved for the coarse clean coal slime separation,using pneumatic impact vibration flip screen bend instead of hydro-cyclone.
