特大型槽仓基坑桩基受力实测分析

摘要 针对某拟建特殊地层中的选煤厂产品仓边坡工程中,提出了"半逆作法"的新型结构支护形式—采用以加筋土和土钉墙作为仓壁、以排桩作为地道侧壁的新的设计结构形式。在确定相关的技术指标之后,设计了桩基监测方案,通过在桩基上布置钢筋计来监测轴力变化规律。本文基于大量长期实测数据,系统地分析了不同施工阶段桩基的受力响应以及基坑开挖过程中桩基的安全性,获得了桩基内力演变的时空规律。 A new designed style of soil-wall structure which takes reinforced soil and soil nailing as warehouse wall and uses reinforced concrete pile with perfusion pile plate in lower tunnel,is used in a coal preparation pit project subjected to the special stratum. After ensuring the related technical parameters of pile,the monitoring programme is designed. The variation of axial force of pile is monitored by arranging the steel bar belt. Based on the long-term monitoring data,the mechanical responses of pile during different construction stage and the safety of pile in process of pit excavation are systematically analyzed,and spatial and time characteristics of internal force on piles are obtained finally.
