摘要
为提高范各庄矿自产炼焦精煤的灰分和产率,根据自产原煤以及优选出的外来煤煤质特性、可塑性等指标的差异,以满足炼焦煤可塑性指标为前提,对配煤后的可塑性指标以及煤的岩相进行分析,结果表明,目标灰分为11%时,同煤种的混配以孟南庄肥煤效果最佳,混配可提高自产精煤产率7.88%,不同煤种的混配以蒙古国4#煤效果最佳,混配可提高自产精煤产率4.90%,混后的精煤符合简单混合肥煤的指标,效果显著。
In order to improve the ash and yield of coking coal in Fangezhuang Coal Mine,according to the differences in the characteristics and plasticity of self-produced coal and preferred outsourcing coal,on the premise of the plasticity index of coking coal,the plasticity index and petrofacies of blending coal were analyzed,the results showed that when the target ash was 11%,it was the best for same-type coal blending using Mengnanzhuang fat coal,which improved the yield of self-produced clean coal by 7. 88%; while it was the best for different-type coal blending with Mongolia 4#coal,which improved the yield of self-produced clean coal by 4. 90%,the mixed coal met the index of simple mixed fat coal.
