摘要
针对三道沟煤矿85201大采高工作面片帮严重的问题,结合工作面实际条件,通过理论分析了煤壁片帮发生的力学机理,通过数值模拟研究了不同采高、支护强度、推进速度对工作面煤壁片帮的影响,研究结果表明,采高越小、支护强度越大、推进速度越快,工作面煤壁越稳定。最后,依据三道沟85201工作面的实际情况,提出了煤壁片帮控制措施,有效的保证了矿井的安全生产。
Aiming at the severe rib spalling in 85201 high cutting working face of Sandaogou Coal Mine,according to the actual conditions of the working face,the mechanical mechanism of the rib spalling is analyzed theoretically. The effects of different mining height,support strength and advancing speed on the rib spalling are studied by numerical simulation. The research results show that,the working face stability is positively related with the support strength and advancing speed mining height,while it is negatively related with mining height. Finally,according to the actual situation at 85201 working face of Sandaogou Coal Mine,the control measures of rib spalling are proposed to effectively ensure the safe production of the coal mine.
