摘要 "品牌"作为企业经营中的重要角色,急速进入图书馆的发展蓝图。品牌活动日益成为公共图书馆软实力的表现之一。打造并推广品牌活动能够树立良好的图书馆形象,提高图书馆的社会影响力,与读者建立情感联系、强化其忠诚度;图书馆在不断打造新品牌活动的同时,还要注重品牌活动的评估、管理、提升,促进品牌活动的可持续发展。本文以企业经营的视角解读品牌活动,为图书馆工作提供了一种新思路。 As an important role in business operation,the "brand"has rapidly gotten into the blueprint of library development.Brand activities have increasingly become one of the representation of public library soft power. Creating and promoting brand activities can build a good library image,improve the social influence of library,establish emotional connection with readers and strengthen their loyalty. While constantly creating new brand activities,library should pay attention to the evaluation,management and improvement of brand activities so as to promote the sustainable development of brand activities. This paper interprets brand activities from the perspective of business operation and provides a new way for library work.
