高职院校校园文化建设是高职院校开展教育工作的基础和保障,它对于提高学校自身的品牌形象、提升内涵建设、增加核心竞争力以及促进高职院校的可持续发展具有重大而又深远的意义。文章阐述了新时期高职院校校园文化的内涵特质,剖析当前校园文化建设仍存在重视不够、认知偏差、特色不明及保障不足等方面的问题,从夯实基础地位、传承特质形象、探索多元融合及提升品位层次等角度提出高职院校校园文化建设的内涵体系和外延体系交汇融合路径。

The campus culture construction of higher vocational colleges is the foundation and guarantee of the development of higher vocational colleges. It is of great and profound significance for improving the brand image, enhancing connotation construction, increasing core competitiveness and promoting the sustain- able development of higher vocational colleges. This paper primarily discusses the cultural connotation charac- teristics of higher vocational colleges in the new era, then analyzes the problems that exist in the campus cul- ture construction of higher vocational colleges, such as insufficient attention, cognitive bias, unclear character- istics and insufficient guarantee, and puts forward the integration path of the connotation system and extension system of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges from the angle of consolidating the basic status, inheriting the distinctive image, exploring the multivariate fusion and upgrading the level.
