2500m^3高炉布料模型探讨

摘要 根据相似原理。设计和制作了2500m^3高炉的1/10的冷态布料物理模型。测定了给定原燃料的物理性质。结果表明,焦炭的自然堆角为37.40°,烧结矿的自然堆角为25.35°,焦炭粒度范围主要集中在25mm-80mm,其中25mm≤d〈40mm的占24%,40mm≤d〈60mm的占46%,60mm≤d≤80mm的占22%.烧结矿粒度范围主要集中在5mm-40mm,其中5mm≤d〈10mm的占28%.10mm≤d〈16mm的占38.6%,16mm≤d〈25mm的占22.6%,25mm≤d≤40mm的占7.3%。 Based on principle of similitude, a cold physical burden distribution model with size of 1/ 10 of actual 2500 m^3 blast furnace is designed and manufactured. The physical properties of given raw material and fuel are tested. The results indicate that, the natural heap angle of coke is 37.40°, the natural heap angle of sinter is 25.35°, the diameter of coke particles is mainly 25 mm-80 mm, thereinte, the coke particles with 25 mm≤diameter〈40 mm, 40 mm≤diameter〈60 mm and 60 mm≤d ≤ 80 mm account for 24 %, 46% and 22 % respectively, the diameter of sinter particles is mainly 5 mm-40 mm, thereinte, the sinter particles with 5 mm≤diameter〈10 mm, 10 mm≤diameter〈16 mm, 16 mm≤diameter≤25 mm and 25 mm≤diameter〈40 mm account for 28%, 38.6%, 22% and 7.3% respectively.
