首钢水钢公司通过对矿用圃钢25MnV工艺控制与使用企业对圃环链的质量要求进行深入技术研究，提出以高质量、高纯净度控制为核心的工艺控制路径，生产出质量稳定的产品经遍链加工后性能检验合格，满足了矿山开采用户对C级高强度链条的要求。

Based on deep technical study on the productive process of 25MnV round bar and the quality of round-link chain demanded by mining enterprises, a productive process of 25MnV round bar with high quality and purity is put forward and 25MnV round bar with stable quality is produced. The properties of round-link chain made from 25MnV round bar is qualified, meeting requirements of mining enterprises on high strength round-link chain with quality of grade C.
