炎性指标对儿童细菌性肺炎的诊断价值 被引量:5

摘要 儿童细菌性肺炎的病原仅通过症状、体征及影像学等资料难以明确诊断,细菌培养是确定诊断的最常用方法,但细菌培养耗时较长,结果可受多种因素影响。而体液中炎性指标的检测不仅有助于儿童细菌性肺炎诊断,而且对判定患儿的预后及确定抗感染治疗的疗程也有较大帮助。该文阐述炎性指标在儿童细菌性肺炎中的应用价值。 It is difficult to diagnose the etiology of pneumonia in children only by the signs,symptoms and imaging manifestation,routine culture for pathogen is time-consuming,and the result can be influenced by many factors. The Inflammatory indexes in body fluids are not only helpful for the diagnosis of bacterial pneumonia in children,but also help to evaluate the prognosis of children with bacterial pneumonia and to determine the treatment course of anti-infection. This paper illustrates the value of inflammatory indexes in diagnosis and treatment of childhood bacterial pneumonia.
