摘要
将热切机圆锯片锯切时表面的辐射噪声量按照板的噪声辐射情况考虑,推导了噪声辐射能量与锯片表面轴向振动速度均方值的关系。分析了圆盘锯在锯切过程中由振动导致径向和切向脉冲力偏置的原因,同时在此基础上以圆锯片辐射噪声能量为评价指标,利用有限元得到了径向锯切力和切向锯切力偏置对圆锯片轴向振动模态和声辐射特性的影响。
In this paper, the radiation noise of the hot saw circular saw surface is considered as the board, and the relationship between the noise radiation energy and the mean square vibration velocity of the saw blade surface is derived. The reasons for the radial and tangential pulse force bias caused by the vibration of the circular saw during the sawing process are analyzed. At the same time, the radiated noise energy of the circular saw blade is used as the evaluation index, and the radial saw is obtained by finite element. It gets the effect of both shear and tangential sawing force offset on the axial vibration mode and acoustic radiation characteristics.
