高炉布料器回转支承偏载条件下螺栓疲劳分析 被引量:1

摘要 由于炉料的冲击、安装误差、运行环境以及布料器本身的结构特点等因素的影响,布料器中心轴线常常偏离其几何中心。当中心轴线发生倾斜时整个下回转体的重心将偏离回转轴线,在机架与上回转支撑内圈的螺栓连接中产生了额外的倾覆力矩。且因为工作期间上回转体一直处于旋转,导致倾覆力矩方向不断变化,在这过程中螺栓受周期性变化的应力影响,易发生疲劳破坏。本文首先从理论方面对布料器中心轴线偏斜问题进行解析分析和描述,然后运用有限元法研究了布料器中心轴线偏斜不同角度时对连接螺栓的疲劳应力。最后对解析法分析和有限元分析进行比较,得到可信度高的安全倾斜角度,对指导水冷齿轮箱的维护检修起到关键作用。 Due to the impact of charge burden, installation errors, operating environment, and structural features of the burden distributor, the actual rotation axis of burden distributor is often deviated from its geometric one. When the rotation axis of burden distributor is tilted, an extra torque is born in the bolt between frame and upper slewing inner ring. Because of the rotating always revolute in working time, the direction orientation of extra torque is changed constantly, which effect of the periodic changes on the stress of slewing ring bolt and then destroy it. The geometrical tilt of the slewing ring on the burden distributor is numerically analyzed and de- scribed theoretically. Then the finite element method is used to study the stress of bolt, when the geometric center of the slewing ring on the burden distributor is tilted at different angles. The impact was finally compared between the numerical analysis and the finite element analysis. The correctness of analytical calculation is verified. The formulas and data obtained above provide an effective reference for future work standards.
