摘要
以细菌污染的白花泡桐组培苗为材料,采用70%的酒精,0.1%HgCl_2和不同时间梯度的70%的酒精结合0.1%HgCl_23种方法来研究泡桐组培苗的脱毒技术,结果显示70%的酒精(10s)结合0.1%HgCl_2(7min)的方法效果最好,外植体的脱菌率为65.0%。
In this study, the bacterial-contaminated paulownia fortuneitissue culture seedlings were used as materials, Using 70% alcohol, 0.1% HgCl2 and 70% alcohol with different time gradient combined with 0.1% HgCl2 3 method to study the virus-free technology of Paulownia tissue culture seedlings, The results showed that 70% alcohol ( 10s ) combined with 0.1% HgCl2 ( 7 min ) was the best, and the explant removal rate was 65.0%.
