摘要
通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜对不同Sc含量的7050铝合金进行了组织分析,并研究了其力学性能。结果表明:Sc元素细化晶粒、抑制枝晶偏析与再结晶现象非常显著;0.17%Sc的铝合金的比不含Sc的铝合金的硬度、抗拉强度与伸长率分别提高13.3 HV、40.4 MPa、2.4%;随着Sc含量的增加,晶粒更加细化,但Sc含量为0.34%的合金比0.17%合金的性能略有下降。
Microstructure of 7050 aluminum alloy containing different Sc content was analyzed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscopy( SEM),and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied. The results show that the effect of Sc content is significant not only on grain refinement but also on inhibition of dendritic segregation and recrystallization. The hardness,intensity,elongation of alloy with 0. 17% Sc content is respectively improved 13. 3 HV,40. 4 MPa,2. 4% compared to that of the alloy with no Sc. The grain size of the alloy is finer with the increase of Sc content,while the properties of the alloy with 0. 34% Sc content has a slight decline than that of 0. 17%Sc content.
