摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、差示扫描量热法和X线衍射法,研究了钢中C和Mn元素的不同含量对铝/钢复合带材界面上的金属间化合物(IMC)形成和长大的影响。结果表明:试验钢中添加C和Mn元素能明显加快金属间化合物出现后的长大速率;降低铝/钢界面金属间化合物的临界生成温度和缩短临界出现时间;在相同的升温速度下(10℃/min),5种材料的临界生成温度分别是:605.5℃(Al/St)、603.6℃(Al/St-0.025C)、594.1℃(Al/St-0.05C)、603.8℃(Al/St-0.5Mn)和597.8℃(Al/St-1.5Mn)。铝/钢界面上的金属间化合物的主要相是Fe2Al5,试验钢中C和Mn元素的添加不影响金属间化合物的物相组成。
Effect of C and Mn content in the steel on formation and growth of intermetallic compounds( IMC) at Al/steel composite interface were investigated by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the addition of C and Mn in the tested steel can drastically lower the temperature and shorten the time of IMC formation,however,speeding up the growth rate after the IMC formation. Among the five clad materials,the critical generating temperature is 605. 5 ℃( Al/St),603. 6 ℃( Al/St-0. 025 C),594. 1 ℃( Al/St-0. 05 C),603. 8 ℃( Al/St-0. 5 Mn) and 597. 8 ℃( Al/St-1. 5 Mn),respectively.The IMC at the Al/steel interface of clad strip is mainly Fe2 Al5,and the addition of C and Mn in the tested steel cannot influence its phase composition.
