加氢反应器12Cr2Mo1V钢筒体热处理工艺改进

摘要 对12Cr2Mo1V钢筒体锻件热处理后冲击性能,常温以及450℃下强度差等问题进行了理论分析,同时对其热处理工艺进行优化。结果表明:12Cr2Mo1V钢筒体锻件经原工艺处理后,组织中贝氏体含量仅50%,不符合要求。经过930℃锻后退火,930℃水淬以及710℃回火改进工艺处理后,组织全部为贝氏体,强度及冲击吸收能量均符合要求。 The problems of lower impact properties and lower strength at ambient temperature and 450 ℃ of 12 Cr2 Mo1 V steel cylinder forgings after heat treatment were analyzed,and then the heat treatment process was optimized. The results show that the bainite content of12 Cr2 Mo1 V steel cylinder forgings is only 50% after treated by the original process,which can not meet the requirements. After optimized process of annealing at 930 ℃ followed forging,water quenching at 930 ℃,and tempering at 710 ℃,all the microstructure are bainite,and the strength and impact absorbed energy are all in accordance with the requirements.
