摘要
利用感应淬火和45钢制备了硬化层深度1~2 mm、带有模糊分界区的试样,通过自行搭建的巴克豪森噪声无损检测系统,对具有不明显分界的硬化层深度的测量开展研究。试验结果表明,该检测装置具有良好的稳定性,且磁巴克豪森噪声信号的均方根值与显微硬度法测得的硬化层深度具有良好的线性关系,可以用来检测分界不明显淬火钢件的硬化层深度。
Samples of steel 45 with a hardened layer depth of 1-2 mm with a fuzzy boundary zone were prepared by induction hardening.Experiments were carried out with a self-built Magnetic Barkhausen Noise( MBN) detecting system to evaluate the hardened case depth without obvious boundaries. The results show that the system is stable and the RMS( Root-Mean-Square) of MBN signal gives a better linear relationship with the hardened case depth measured by micro-hardness profile. Therefore,the MBN technique can be used to detect the hardened case depth of steel without obvious boundaries.
