摘要
基于磨机运行中出现齿面温差过大的问题,提出磨机筒体挠曲是主要原因并推导出小齿轮轴承座提升高度计算公式,根据计算公式得到小齿轮轴承座的提升高度,同时在磨机实际生产中得到应用,将最大齿面温差从15℃降低到10℃,基本满足了磨机的运行要求。
Based on the problem that the tooth surfacetemperature difference is too large in the operation of the mill,the main reason is that the deflection of the mill barrel is themain reason and the formula for calculating the lifting height ofthe pinion bearing housing is derived. According to the calculationformula, the lifting height of the pinion bearing housing is obtained. Itis applied in the actual production of the mill, and the maximum toothsurface temperature difference is reduced from 15℃ to 10℃ , whichbasically meets the running requirements of the mill.
