摘要
齿形板作为步进式轧管机的冷床部件的关键件之一。其对齿板的外形轮廓的形状尺寸和安装后的一致性等精度要求很高。针对以上要求,将着重阐述在下料过程中如何通过具体措施对齿形板数控下料环节进行调整,将精度控制在公差范围内。
the tooth plate is one of the key parts of the coldbed part of the stepper mill. It has high requirements for the shape dimension of the profile of the tooth plate and the consistency afterinstallation. In order to meet the above requirements, this paperwill emphasize on how to adjust the numerical control process ofthe tooth plate through specific measures, and control the accuracywithin the tolerance range.
