中储式制粉系统爆燃分析及磨煤机检修、节能分析

摘要 中储式制粉系统的爆燃问题严重影响了机组的安全稳定运行。通过细致详细的分析,提出有效整改措施,逐步消除可能存在的隐患点,现阶段达到了良好的使用效果。通过对磨煤机在使用过程中存在的缺陷问题做适当技改,减少设备故障率;通过改变钢球材质并合理配比减少设备制粉电耗,达到节能目的。 The deflagration problem of the medium storagetype powder system seriously affects the safe and stable operationof the unit. Through careful and detailed analysis, effectiverectification measures are proposed to gradually eliminate potentialhidden dangers, and good results have been achieved at this stage.By making appropriate technical changes to the defects of the coalmill during use, the equipment failure rate is reduced. By changingthe material of the steel ball and rationally proportioning, the powerconsumption of the equipment is reduced to achieve energy saving.
