立磨中壳体加工与铰链焊接制造分析

摘要 中壳体是立式磨煤机中的关键零部件之一,中壳体上下端面上两个圆法兰,上与分离器相连,下与下壳体连接。中壳体有三个门框分别与三个轴颈盖连接,要求轴颈盖开合顺利,中壳体与轴颈盖把合后同加工三个偏心套安装孔。偏心套安装孔公差小,同轴度要求高,因此在加工时上下法兰上与相关件的把合孔的加工、偏心套安装孔的加工以及铰链的焊接是重要的影响因素。 The middle shell is one of the key parts in thevertical coal mill. There are two round flanges on the upper andlower ends of the middle shell, which are connected with theseparator and the lower shell. The middle shell has three door framesthat are respectively connected to the three shaft neck covers, whichrequire smooth opening and closing of the shaft neck covers. After themiddle shell and shaft neck covers are closed, three eccentric sleevemounting holes are processed. Because of its small tolerance and highcoaxial requirement, the machining of the joint hole on the upper andlower flanges and the installation hole of the eccentric sleeve andthe welding of the hinge are important factors.
