Influence of the Structure size of Rubber Liner on the Output of Limestone Wet Ball Mill

胜利发电厂(以下简称"我厂")脱硫系统的2台FGDM3264型湿式球磨机进行橡胶衬板更换后出力发生了变化,对此现象进行了细致的对比分析,找出衬板结构尺寸与磨机出力变化的关键所在,提出了行之有效的优化措施,达到了良好效果。

The output of two FGDM 3264 wet ball mills indesulphurization system of Shengli Power Plant changed after thereplacement of rubber liner. The phenomenon was compared andanalyzed in detail, and the key to the change of the structure size of theliner and the output of the mill was found. The effective optimizationmeasures are put forward, and good results are achieved.
