国电石横发电有限公司机组投产以来,磨煤机在运行期间热风门出现问题较多,如热风门盘根老化、盘根室磨损严重等,严重影响机组启停及升降负荷,对磨煤机热风门盘根室进行改造后,不仅保证了机组的安全运行,降低了检修维护人员的劳动强度,还提高了电厂的运行安全性和经济性。

Since the unit of Guodian Shiheng PowerGeneration Co., Ltd. has been put into production, there are manyproblems in the hot damper during the operation of the coal mill.There are mainly defects such as aging of the hot dam door andserious wear of the packing chamber, which seriously affects thestart and stop and lifting load of the unit. The modification of thehot dam door packing chamber of the coal mill not only ensuresthe safe operation of the unit, but also reduces the labor intensityof the maintenance and repair personnel and also improves theoperational safety and economy of the power plant.
