盾构机产品中,盾体主要包括前盾、中盾和尾盾三部分,这三部分都是管状筒体,其外径是6.25m对应的筒体展开长度为19.625m,用盒子尺测量时,如果盒子尺与筒体外壁存在间隙或者盒子尺沿外壁周线偏斜,则造成测量误差,而且由于直径较大,单人不易操作,造成测量误差较大。为解决这一技术问题,提供了一种测量精准的大型筒体类零件展开长度的测量装置。

In the shield machine products, the shield mainlyconsists of three parts： the front shield, the middle shield and thetail shield. These three parts are tubular cylinders, and the outerdiameter of the cylinder is 6.25m. The expansion length of the cylinderis more than 20 meters. When measuring the ruler, if there is a gapbetween the box ruler and the outer wall of the cylinder or the box ruleris skewed along the outer wall of the outer wall, the measurement erroris caused, and because of the large diameter, one person is not easy tooperate, resulting in a large measurement error. In order to solve thistechnical problem, a measuring device for measuring the unfoldinglength of a large-sized cylindrical part is provided.
