摘要
盾构机在砂卵石地层掘进过程中,盾构机刀盘驱动主要为主驱动扭矩及盾体推力,因此,需对盾构刀盘进行推力及扭矩分析。在分析盾构机刀盘扭矩及所受轴向推力的基础上,结合相关的土体力学知识,建立盾构机刀盘驱动扭矩及所受推力的计算模型。以此为依据对某工程所用刀盘进行有限元分析,分析结果显示刀盘满足设计要求。
In the process of shield tunneling in sandy gravelstratum, the main driving force of shield cutter head is torque andthrust of shield body. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the thrustand torque of shield cutter head. Based on the analysis of cutterhead torque and axial thrust of shield machine, combined withrelevant soil mechanics knowledge, the calculation model of drivingtorque and thrust of cutter head of shield machine is established,and the finite element analysis of cutter head used in a certainproject is carried out. The final analysis results show that the cuttermeets the design requirements.
