磨机承重结构件的全熔透焊接工艺与缺陷防止

摘要 公司生产的一批出口产品,其承重部装要求稳定支撑至少27T的重量,且焊缝必须达到JIS有关要求。针对具体结构件的特性,根据工艺要求,结合生产情况,制定出具体的全熔透焊接工艺方法,包括焊接工艺参数,焊接变形的预防,焊后的清理和无损检测。经过实践检验,质量问题较少,切实可行。 A series of export products produced by ourcompany requires the weight of the load-bearing part to stablysupport the weight more of twenty-seven T, and the weld mustcomply with the requirements of JIS. In this paper, aiming atthe characteristics of specific components, according to theprocess requirements, combined with the production situation,a specific full penetration welding process method, includingwelding process parameters, welding deformation prevention,weld cleaning and non-destructive testing. It has been tested bypractice and has fewer quality problems and is feasible.
