摘要
通过对目前的盾构机尾盾注浆块进行分析,阐述了其在结构和工艺流程上存在的缺点:加工周期长、成本高、效率低。在此基础上,改进了注浆孔的结构和工艺流程:由长圆形注浆孔改成长方柱体注浆孔,由对半加工改成整体加工。
In this paper, through the analysis of the currentshield machine tail shield grouting block, the shortcomings in thestructure and process flow are described: long processing cycle,high cost and low efficiency. On this basis, we have improved thestructure and process of the grouting hole: the elliptical groutinghole is changed into the square grouting hole, which is changedfrom semi-machining to integral machining.
