天津市社区养老文化服务建设改造研究

Construction and Transformation of Community Endowment Cultural Services in Tianjin

目的根据天津社区养老文化建设现状与老年群体情感需求分析调查,针对天津市现有的社区养老文化服务建设问题,提出符合天津本地特色的社区文化服务建设路径。方法通过阅读分析相关文献、街头走访与实地调研等方法,结合以国外社区养老文化服务建设的案例分析,为改造天津现阶段社区养老文化服务建设提供路径。结果天津养老社区文化服务建设问题由内到外,有着"先天"的不足,也有着后天的不完善。从老年群体个体层面讲,又有着情感缺失因素与个体机能退化等问题。结论通过对老年群体心理需求、新型养老方式与天津地区特色人文等进行分析,得出新型的社区养老文化服务建设需要解决的不只是老年群体的物质保障需求,更需要以智慧养老为依托,区域特色文化展示为内涵,从多方面对老年群体的物质层面与精神层面进行服务性建设。

According to the present situation of Tianjin community endowment culture construction and the emotional needs of the elderly groups. In view of the existing problems in the construction of community cultural services for the aged in Tianjin, this paper puts forward the construction path of community cultural services in line with local characteristics of Tianjin. Analysis by reading literature, street to visit with the methods of on-the-spot investigation, combined with the foreign community endowment culture case analysis of the construction of the service, provide community endowment culture reforming Tianjin present construction path. The problem of cultural service construction in Tianjin old-age care community is from inside to outside, which has the inborn deficiency and the imperfection. From the individual level of elderly groups, there are also emotional factors and material problems. In elderly group psychological demand, new characteristic humanities analysis endowment way and Tianjin region, it is concluded that the new community endowment culture service construction of not only the elderly need to be solved to ensure the material demand, need more wisdom endowment as the backing, area characteristic cultural connotation as shown, the elderly from various perspectives of material level and spiritual level to satisfy.
