摘要
随着畜牧业的迅速发展,我国常规饲料原料资源已无法满足畜牧生产的需求,亟需开发利用新型饲料原料来源。饲料桑抗逆性好、产量高、营养价值高、适口性好,具有极大的开发潜力。本文综述了饲料桑的生物学特性、营养价值、功能活性成分及其在畜禽生产中的应用,以期为桑叶资源的进一步开发利用提供参考。
With the rapid development of animal husbandry,the production of conventional feedstuffscannot meet the needs of animal husbandry production in China. It is urgent to explore and utilize non-traditional feed ingredients. The mulberry is widely grown all over China with high productivity of mulberry leaf,good palatability and nutritive value. It has been reported that animals demonstrated higher heat stress and disease resistance,and improved the palatability of animal products when mulberry leaf was added to the compound feed. These preliminary characteristics of mulberry leaf imply a high potential for exploration and utilization in animal feeding in China. This paper reviews the biological characteristics,nutritional value,functional nutraceuticals of mulberry leaf and its current status of application in livestock and poultry production in China with the hope to provide reference for further development and utilization of mulberry resources.
