摘要
目的探讨胰岛素泵对青少年1型糖尿病患者糖代谢的影响。方法选取我院收治的使用胰岛素泵的青少年1型糖尿病患者27例,回顾性分析其治疗前后的HbA1c水平、胰岛素用量以及严重低血糖或酮症酸中毒发生率。结果患者治疗后的HbA1c水平显著低于治疗前(P <0.05)。患者治疗前后的胰岛素用量无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后无患者出现严重低血糖或酮症酸中毒症状。结论胰岛素泵可有效控制青少年1型糖尿病患者的血糖水平,降低HbA1c水平,改善糖代谢,减少严重低血糖或酮症酸中毒的发生,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To explore the influence of insulin pump on glucose metabolism in adolescents with type 1 diabetes mellitus.Methods 27 cases of adolescents with type 1 diabetes mellitus using insulin pump admitted to our hospital were selected. The HbA1 c level,insulin dosage, and incidences of severe hypoglycemia or ketoacidosis before and after treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results The HbA1 c level after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P 0.05). No statistical difference was found in the insulin dosage before and after treatment(P 0.05). No severe hypoglycemia or ketoacidosis happened after treatment. Conclusions Insulin pump can effectively control the blood glucose level of adolescents with type 1 diabetes mellitus, reduce the Hb A1 c level, improve the glucose metabolism, and reduce the severe hypoglycemia and ketoacidosis, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
