常规放疗与大分割放疗对骨转移患者的止痛效果探讨

Discussion on the Analgesic Effect of Conventional Radiotherapy and Hyperfractionated Radiotherapy on Patients with Bone Metastasis

目的探讨常规放疗与大分割放疗对骨转移患者的止痛效果。方法选取2014年7月至2017年7月我院收治的50例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者,根据患者入院时间分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组接受常规放疗治疗,观察组接受大分割放疗治疗。分析比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后的VAS评分均明显降低,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者的疼痛缓解有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于恶性肿瘤骨转移患者,常规放疗和大分割放疗的止痛效果相当。因此,在选择止痛方式时需要根据其他因素为患者选择更佳适宜的放疗方案,以减轻骨转移患者的疼痛感、经济压力和心理负担。

Objective To explore the analgesic effect of conventional radiotherapy and hyperfractionated radiotherapy on patients with bone metastasis. Methods 50 cases of patients with malignant bone metastasis admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to July 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the admission time, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received conventional radiotherapy, while the observation group received hyperfractionated radiotherapy. The clinical effect was analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the VAS scores of both groups decreased significantly, but no statistical difference was found in the VAS score between the two groups（P 0.05）. No statistical difference was found in the effective rate of pain relief between the two groups（P 0.05）. Conclusions For patients with malignant bone metastasis, the analgesic effect of conventional radiotherapy and hypofractionated radiotherapy is equal. Therefore, when choosing the analgesic mothods, it is needed to select the appropriate radiation therapy according to other factors, so as to relieve pain, economic pressure and psychological burden of patients with bone metastasis.
