人文关怀护理干预在宫外孕患者中的临床应用价值

Clinical Application Value of Humanistic Care Nursing Intervention in Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探讨人文关怀护理干预在宫外孕患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取2015年1月至2017年12月我院收治的108例宫外孕患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各54例。对照组根据医嘱与护理操作规范给予常规护理。观察组在对照组基础上予以人文关怀护理干预。结果护理干预后,观察组的SAS、 SDS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的发病机制、疾病危害、治疗措施、注意事项等相关知识知晓水平测试得分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为98.1%,高于对照组的85.2%(P <0.05)。结论人文关怀护理干预可显著改善宫外孕患者的焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,提高相关疾病知识知晓水平,满意度较高,临床应用价值显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of humanistic care nursing intervention in patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods 108 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing according to the doctor＇s order and nursing operation standard, while the observation group was given humanistic care nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Results After nursing intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P 0.05）. The test scores of knowledge level of pathogenesis, disease harm, treatment measures and precautions of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（P 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 98.1%, higher than 85.2% of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusions Humanistic care nursing intervention can significantly improve the anxiety, depression and other negative emotions of patients with ectopic pregnancy, improve the cognitive level of related diseases, with higher satisfaction degree and significant clinical application value, which is worthy of promotion.
