根据我国医学教育改革是以提升医学生的临床能力、培养学生临床思维能力为核心目的,通过整合优化医学临床教学内容,压缩核心课程学时,推行延长"见习医生制"实施时间,逐渐将课堂从学校搬到医院,转化临床授课形式,实现早临床、多临床、反复临床,培养医学生关爱病人、尊重生命的职业操守和解决临床实际问题的能力,探索出一条符合5年制医学院校临床医院实际情况的医学人才培养新路径。
