摘要
目的:为提高教学质量,将品管圈活动应用于基础护理学实践教学,检验其教学效果。方法:通过问卷调查、成绩考核对两组学生进行考评。结果:将品管圈活动应用于基础护理实践教学后,观察组与对照组学生的成绩进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论:将品管圈活动应用于基础护理实践教学可显著提高教学质量,是提高学生学习成绩的有效途径。
Objective: In order to improve the quality of teaching,the quality control circle activities are applied to the basic nursing practice teaching to test its teaching effect. Methods The two groups of students were evaluated through questionnaires and performance assessment. Results: After applying the quality control circle activities to the basic nursing practice teaching,the scores of the observation group and the control group were compared,and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion:Applying quality control circle activities to basic nursing practice teaching can significantly improve the quality of teaching and is an effective way to improve students' academic performance.
