临床医学专业学位研究生培养存在问题的荟萃分析

A meta-analysis on the problems in training of postgraduates of clinical medicine

目的:探讨临床医学专业学位研究生培养中存在的问题,为提高培养质量提供依据。方法:采用荟萃分析方法,对临床医学专业学位研究生存在问题进行归纳整理。结果:共有82篇文献进入荟萃分析,教学方法、考核评价是临床医学专业学位研究生培养最显著的两个问题,提及率分别为43. 90%、42. 68%。结论:改进教学方法、规范考核评价是提高培养质量的重要措施。

Objective To explore the problems existing in the training of graduate students in clinical medicine,and to provide evidence for improving the quality of training.Methods： The meta-analysis method was used to summarize the problems of graduate students in clinical medi- cine. RESULTS： A total of 82 articles entered the meta-analysis. Teaching methods and assessment were the two most significant problems in the training of graduate students in clinical medicine. The referral rates were 43.90% and 42.68%, respectively. Conclusion： Improving teaching methods and standardizing assessment are important measures to improve the quality of training.
