癌症是全世界最致命的疾病之一,胃癌则是当前恶性肿瘤中最常见的消化系统肿瘤之一,其发病率和死亡率居高不下。胃癌死亡患者多为进展期,失去根治性手术治疗机会,非手术治疗方法预后亦不佳。对胃癌进行基础性研究,有望发现治疗胃癌的有效方法,延长患者的生存时间。生存素（Survivin）是迄今为止发现的最强的凋亡抑制基因,属于凋亡抑制蛋白（inhibitor of apoptosis protein,IAP）家族的成员,在正常胃黏膜中Survivin表达呈缺失状态,胃癌细胞系呈过表达状态。Survivin基因有着独特的分子结构及生物学功能,主要是通过抑制细胞凋亡,调控细胞周期和参与血管形成的中间过程发挥着重要的作用。大量的实验研究表明Survivin基因与胃癌之间存在关系,提示其可能作为一种新的胃癌诊断的潜在标志物,成为检测胃癌的指标,中药在诱导胃癌细胞凋亡过程中对该基因存在一定的调控作用,必将给肿瘤患者带来新的希望,为肿瘤的治疗开辟新的道路。通过阅读国内、外文献,回顾分析Survivin的生物学特性及其在胃癌基因治疗与临床应用中的研究现状。总结Survivin在胃癌发病机制中的作用及诊疗中的中西医研究进展。

Cancer is one of the most deadly diseases in the world. Gastric cancer is one of the most commonly seen digestive system tumors at present. Both of its morbidity and mortality remain high. Most of the patients died of advanced gastric cancer,and lost the chance of radical surgical treatment,but the prognosis of nonoperative treatment was poor. Basic research on gastric cancer is expected to find an effective method for the treatment of gastric cancer and prolong the survival time of patients. Survivin gene is the strongest-ever apoptosis suppressor gene. It belongs to the family of inhibitor of apoptosis protein（ IAP）. The expression of Survivin is absent in normal gastric mucosa,and the gastric cancer cell line is overexpressed. Survivin gene has a unique molecular structure and biological function,and plays an important role in inhibiting cell apoptosis,regulating cell cycle,and participating in the pilot process of angiopoiesis. A large number of studies have indicated the relationship between Survivin gene and gastric cancer,suggesting that it may be a new potential marker for diagnosis of gastric cancer,and a detection indicator for gastric cancer. Traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） has a certain regulatory effect on this gene during inducing apoptosis of gastric cancer cells,which is bound to bring new hope,and opened up a new path for the treatment of tumor. In this paper,the biological characteristics of Survivin and its current research progress in gene therapy and clinical application of gastric cancer were reviewed by reference to literatures at home and abroad,in order to summarize the effect of Survivin in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer and the research progress of TCM and Western medicine in diagnosis and treatment.
