柚叶帕野螟(Paliga damastesalis)是危害柚木的一种重要害虫,与另一种柚木害虫柚木野螟(P.machoeralis)在形态以及为害状上极为相似。为避免引起鉴定的混乱,文中应用生殖器特征以及DNA条形码对该种进行描述鉴定,以期为后续研究提供基础。

Paliga damastesalis is a major pest of teak,and it is very similar to another pest P. machoeralis in morphological characters and damage symptoms. This paper described the genital characteris tics and used DNA barcoding to identify the species of P. damastesalis in order to avoid the confusion of the two species and provided a basis for future research.
