摘要
利用冬青丽赤壳菌(Calonectria ilicicola)的β-tublin基因特异性序列设计PCR引物,能成功将大豆红冠腐病菌与其他近似种及相关种区分开,灵敏度达到1 ng/μL,可以用于检测接种发病的植株样品。同时建立了C.ilicicola的实时定量PCR检测体系,灵敏度提高1 000倍。本研究建立的方法对冬青丽赤壳菌引起的大豆红冠腐病的实时监测有重要的指导意义。
The PCR primers are designed by using the β-tublin gene-specific sequence of Calonectria ilicicola to distinguish it from its similar species and related species. The sensitivity is 1 ng/μL,and it can be used to detect the diseased plant samples. At the same time,a real-time quantitative PCR detection system for Calonectria ilicicola is increasing sensitivity by 1 000 times. This is significance for real-time monitoring of soybean red crown rot caused by Calonectria ilicicola.
