环境质量、环境容量与排放总量的耦合关系研究

以环境质量、环境容量与排放总量为研究对象,阐述三者在环境保护中的作用,分别探讨了环境质量与排放总量、环境质量与环境容量、环境容量与排放总量之间的关系,进而研究三者之间的耦合关系,为环境保护科研和体制机制制定提供理论依据。

In order to provide theoretical basis for environmental protection research and institutional mechanism formulation, the paper expounded the role of environmental quality, environmental quality and total emissions in environmental protection. And then, it analyzed the relations between environmental quality and total emissions, environmental quality and environmental capacity, environmental capacity and total emissions, respectively. Moreover, it investigated the coupling relationship among environmental quality, environmental quality and total emissions.
