小儿七星茶对食积模型小鼠肠道菌群的调节作用 被引量:11

摘要 【目的】探讨小儿七星茶对食积模型小鼠肠道菌群的调节作用。【方法】将40只昆明小鼠随机分为空白对照组,食积模型组,小儿七星茶低、中、高剂量组,每组8只。除空白对照组外,其余各组小鼠给予高热量高蛋白饮食,建立食积模型。小儿七星茶低、中、高剂量组给予小儿七星茶浸膏(剂量分别为0.26、0.52、1.04 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))灌胃。实验第8天,将小鼠置代谢笼中24 h,收集粪便,记录其数量及质量;实验第9天取材,称量十二指肠内容物质量,并收集盲肠内容物用于菌群分析。【结果】与空白对照组比较,模型组小鼠粪便排泄量及其质量显著减少、十二指肠内容物显著增加(P<0.01),盲肠优势菌减少、致病菌增加。与模型组比较,小儿七星茶中、高剂量组小鼠粪便排泄数量及其质量显著增加、十二指肠内容物的质量显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);并且各剂量组盲肠优势菌增加而致病菌减少。【结论】小儿七星茶对食积模型小鼠的肠道功能有良好的改善作用,可促进小鼠排便,调节肠道菌群。 Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of Xiao'er Qixingcha(XQ;a patent Chinese medicine for indigestion)on intestinal flora of indigestion model mice. Methods Forty Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank control group,indigestion model group,and low-,middle-and high-dose XQ groups,8 mice in each group. Except for the control group,mice in the other groups were fed with high-calorie and high-fat diet for 8 days to induce dyspepsia. The low-,middle-and high-dose XQ groups were given intragastric administration of XQ extract(at the dosage of 0.26,0.52,1.04 g·kg^-1·d^-1,respectively). On day 8 of the experiment,the mice were put in metabolic cage for 24 h for collecting the feces,and the number and mass of 24-h feces were recorded.On day 8 of the experiment, the mass of duodenal content was weighed, and the feces in the caecum were collected for gut microbiota analysis. Results Compared with the blank control group,the number and the mass of feces in the model group were significantly reduced and the mass of intestinal content in duodenum was markedly increased(P〈0.01). Furthermore, in the model group, the number of dominant bacteria in the caecum was decreased,while the number of pathogenic bacteria was increased. Compared with the model group,the mass of duodenum content was reduced,and the number and the mass of feces were increased in middle-and high-dose XQ groups; the number of dominant bacteria in the caecum was evidently elevated, while the number of pathogenic bacteria was decreased in the 3 doses of XQ groups(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion XQ has favourable effects on improving the intestinal function of indigestion model mice,promoting the defecation,and regulating the intestinal microbiota of mice.
