基于关联规则探讨王小云治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的用药经验

Association Rule Mining of WANG Xiao-Yun's Experience in Treating Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

【目的】运用数据挖掘分析总结王小云教授治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的用药经验。【方法】收集王小云教授运用中药治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的有效病例的病历资料,采用SPSS 19.0统计软件对患者一般资料、月经周期、促卵泡激素(FSH)水平、中医临证表现及临床用药进行分析,采用Clementine 12.0统计软件挖掘王小云教授治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的用药规律。【结果】106首处方中共涉及75味中药,中药的运用总频次为1 040;通过关联分析挖掘出王小云教授治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的基本方,其组成为:熟地黄、当归、白芍、菟丝子、肉苁蓉、紫河车、枸杞子、黄芪、香附、牛膝。【结论】关联分析结果体现了王小云教授辨证论治和临证用药的特色:早发性卵巢功能不全发病以肾虚为主,治疗亦相应地以补肾为主,并随症加减。

Objective To investigate professor WANG Xiao-Yun＇s experience in treating premature ovarian insufficiency（POI）. Methods The data of case history of the effective POI cases treated by professor WANG Xiao-Yun with Chinese medicine were collected. SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the general data, menstrual cycle,follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）level,clinical symptoms,and medication of Chinese medicine of the effective cases. The Clementine 12.0 statistics software was used for data mining of the medication rule of professor WANG for the treatment of POI. Results（1）A total of 106 prescriptions were included into the analysis,the amount of the used Chinese medicine was 75 herbs and the overall medication frequency of Chinese herbs was 1 040 times;the association rule mining results revealed the fundamental recipe of professor WANG in treating POI,and the recipe was composed of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Semen Cuscutae,Herba Cistanches,Placenta Hominis,Fructus Lycii,Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Cyperi,and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae. Conclusion The results of association rule mining reveal the rules of professor WANG in syndrome-differentiation and medication of Chinese medicine for the treatment of POI： POI can mainly be differentiated into kidney deficiency syndrome and should be treated with the therapy of tonifying kidney together with the medication of Chinese medicine according to the accompanying symptoms.
