Correlation between FMR1 gene and premature ovarian failure

摘要 卵巢早衰(premature ovarian failure,POF)是女性不孕的常见原因之一,其病因及发病机制尚未完全明确。近年来对脆性X智力低下1基因(fragile X mental retardation gene 1,FMR1)的研究发现,FMR1基因与POF之间存在相关性。本文将详细阐述FMR1基因出现突变如何增加POF的发病风险,并对其可能存在的作用机制进行综述分析。
