摘要
大学教师的国际经历是高等教育实现国际化的重要环节。现阶段,出国访学是丰富教师国际经历的主要途径之一。国内大学教师的跨国交流得到了政府和高校的支持,访学人数不断增加。运用质性访谈和量化问卷相结合的混合方法,本项研究旨在回答三个问题,即访学收益为何,收益的普遍性怎样以及访问学者的个体特征与收益的关系如何。最后,从国家、院校和教师个人层面对访学制度的发展和完善提出了建议。
University academic's international experience is a key component part for higher education to achieve internationalization.At present academic visiting abroad is an important way to enrich teacher's international experience.Supported by the government and higher education institutions,the number of visiting scholars is increasing.Employing a mixed method,this study aims to answer three questions:what positive effects academics have gained,how generalizable they are and what is the relationship between personal attributes and the effects found.Finally recommendations are made to further develop the institution of academic visiting abroad.
