“双一流”建设高校和C9离世界顶尖大学群还有多远——基于世界大学排名指标的比较 被引量:2

How Far is the Chinese Top University Clusters from the Other Five World-Class University Clusters——A Comparison of 18Indicator Scores from World University Ranks

摘要 将我国"双一流"建设高校和C9与5个顶尖大学群在世界大学排名18个指标上的得分进行了比较。结果发现:(1)C9与加拿大U15和德国Ec11大体处于同一位次,较接近英国RG24和澳大利亚Go8,但与美国Ivy8差距极大,"双一流"建设高校与5个顶尖大学群差距极大。(2)"双一流"建设高校和C9在2个指标上优势明显且优势在扩大,分别在5个和8个指标上有所进步,分别在10个和7个指标上有所下降,在获诺贝尔奖和菲尔兹奖教师上仍未获得突破。(3)两者在论文数和社会服务方面显现出极强优势,但在《自然》和《科学》发文以及获诺贝尔奖和菲尔兹奖校友指标上得分较低且增速较缓,两者的科研影响力仍较弱,国际化程度仍较低。文末针对国家与顶尖大学群的决策层提出了三点建议。 This study compares the two Chinese top university clusters("Double Top University",Dt42 and C9)with the five foreign top university clusters(U15、Go8、Ivy8、RG24、Ec11)in terms of the scores of 18 indicators collecting from the ARWU,NTU,TIMES and QS World University Ranking System.The results show that:(1)C9 is approximately in the same rank as the U15 and Ec11,and it's rank is very closer to RG24 and Go8,while the gap between C9 and Ivy8 is still very huge.Also there exists a huge gap between Dt42 and the five foreign top university clusters.(2)Both of Dt42 and C9 respectively show obvious and increasing advantages on the scores of 2 indicators,and they improved on the scores of5 and 8 indicators respectively,while relatively decreased on the scores of 10 and 7 indicators respectively.Both of Dt42 and C9 performed excellently in the scores of the number of published papers and social services,but they got lower scores and lower growth in two indicators(number of papers published in Nature and Science and number of alumni in winning the Nobel Prize and Fields Medal),and still no breakthrough in teachers winning the Nobel Prize and Fields Medal.The research influence of Dt42 and C9 is still weaker,and their internationalizational degree is still lower.In the end of the paper,three suggestions were proposed for the national education policymakers and the decision-making of the two top universities groups.
