博士生教育质量IPOD评价模型构建与实证分析——基于六所高校1107名毕业博士的数据 被引量:9

摘要 博士生教育质量评价是保障博士生教育质量的必要环节,它引导着博士生教育的整体发展方向。本文以博士生个体发展为主线,确立了包括博士生教育质量输入、过程、输出和发展四个阶段的博士生教育质量评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法和聚类分析法确定了各指标权重,构建了博士生教育质量IPOD评价模型。IPOD评价模型体现的是学术成果、学术训练及职业发展导向相结合的博士生教育质量观,既有一定的普适性,又具有学科的特殊性。基于该模型对我国六所高校博士生教育质量指数进行了比较分析,发现学科属性不同,博士生教育质量指数也会存在差异;高校层次类型的高低与博士生教育质量指数并非总是呈现正向匹配的关系。 The quality evaluation of doctoral education has a positive impact on improvement of doctoral program,and it guides the direction of doctoral education.In this paper,an evaluation index system of doctoral education,which is based on Student-Development Orientation,has been put forward from four aspects:the input,process,output and the development stage.Then,an IPOD evaluation model is set up by utilizing AHP and cluster analysis method,reflecting the quality view that combine academic achievement,academic training and career development.This model has the universality and the particularity of the subject.On the basis of quality index analysis of doctoral education in six universities,we find that the quality index exists difference on different disciplines.And the level of university don't present a positive matching relationship with the quality index of doctoral education all the time.
