摘要 针对重型加工水室封头过程中,硬质合金刀片易出现磨损失效的问题,通过切削力及刀具磨损试验,探讨了硬质合金刀具的主要失效形式。基于铣削用量单因素试验法,分析了铣削参数对铣削力的影响,并采用不同的刀片在相同的切削条件下进行磨损试验,对比分析了不同刀片的抗磨损性能。应用优选出的寿命较优刀片进行铣削加工,对刀片前后刀面进行磨损分析获得主要磨损形式为粘结磨损、扩散磨损及微崩刃,本研究可为水室封头加工切削参数优化及刀具开发设计提供一定的参考。 Aiming at the wear failure of cemented carbide inserts in the heavy-duty cutting process of water chamber heads, the cutting force and wear experiments are carried out, and the main failure forms of cemented carbide cutters are investigated. Based on single factor test, the effects of different cutting parameters on cutting force are analyzed. Different inserts are selected and used for wear experiment under the same cutting conditions, and then the wear characteristics are compared and analyzed. The insert with better life is selected for milling, and the wear morphology of the rake and flank faces are analyzed. It is concluded that the main wear forms of the cemented carbide insert are adhesive wear, diffusive wear and chipping. This research can provide some references for the optimization of cutting parameters in machining water chamber heads and the development of related cutting tools.
