摘要
针对上轴承外瓦超硬精密的加工难度,通过分析零件的使用要求、结构特点和加工难点,制定出零件的粗加工、精加工及研磨加工工艺,解决了零件在加工过程中的夹紧、定位、找正和加工方法等一系列关键问题。通过多次实践验证了零件加工工艺的科学合理性,既能保证零件加工精度,满足轴承的使用要求,还能提升零件的加工效率,对于有高精度和高硬度要求的零件,在制定加工工艺时有一定的参考性。
In view of the external beating on tile super hard precision machining difficulty ,through the analysis of the use requirement of parts, structure features and machining difficulties, the rough machining, finish machining and grinding processing technology of the parts are made to solve the parts clamping, positioning in the process, alignment, processing method and a series of key problems. The scientific rationality of the processing technology is verified by several actual processing. It can ensure part machining precision, meet using demand of the bearing and also enhance the machining efficiency of parts. The processing technology of beating outer tiles has certain reference for the machining process of the parts with high precision and high hardness.
